- Are not responsible for failures, data loss, or changes introduced by third parties
- Do not endorse or assume liability for third-party services

- Configuring workflows correctly
- Ensuring you have the right to use any external APIs or credentials
- Compliance with third-party terms, rate limits, and applicable laws

- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service

7. Data and Content

We do not guarantee data retention and recommend you maintain backups of critical data.

- That workflows will execute successfully or on schedule
Downtime, bugs, and unexpected behavior may occur, especially during early development.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including but not limited to:
- Workflow failures
- API outages
- Data loss
- Business interruption
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or operational necessity.
Upon termination, your access to workflows, data, or features may be lost.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we may notify users via the Service or website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
